To build long-term value through the direct ownership of renewable energy assets that generate clean electricity and sustainable revenue.
Windstream Investments LLC is a privately held limited liability company formed in 2025 under the laws of the State of Wyoming. The company was established to acquire and manage income-generating renewable energy assets — beginning with individually owned wind turbines — that are expected to provide long-term revenue through energy production.
Our primary goal is to identify and secure asset opportunities that benefit from established federal and state incentives (such as the Investment Tax Credit), while contributing to the expansion of clean energy infrastructure in the United States.
Initially, Windstream Investments LLC is participating in a wind energy development project located near Clovis, New Mexico. Through this project, the company will acquire direct ownership in multiple utility-scale wind turbines. These turbines are expected to begin commercial operation by Q1 2026, at which point they will generate revenue through the sale of electricity into the regional grid.
The LLC is positioned to grow its asset portfolio over time by reinvesting earnings and exploring similar opportunities in clean energy development. While the company is currently focused on wind energy, it remains open to expansion into other renewable technologies where it can apply the same asset-based ownership model.
Our commitment is to responsible investment, operational transparency, and long-term value creation through physical asset ownership and energy production.
Windstream Investments LLC will be actively engaged in the acquisition of utility-scale wind turbines through its participation in a renewable energy development project near Clovis, New Mexico. This project represents the company’s first major step toward building a portfolio of revenue-generating physical assets.
Each wind turbine will be held as a discrete asset by the LLC. Once operational, the turbine(s) will generate income through the sale of electricity, with a majority share of gross revenue (e.g., 80%) returned to the turbine owner. The remainder is allocated to cover land use, insurance, and maintenance services, which are managed by the project developer.
A key financial component of this structure is the availability of the federal Investment Tax Credit (ITC). Rather than using the ITC to directly offset the company’s tax liability, Windstream Investments LLC intends to sell the ITC to a tax equity investor. The net proceeds from that sale are expected to substantially reduce the effective capital cost of each turbine. This approach allows the company to participate in renewable energy investment despite not having sufficient initial tax liability to fully utilize the credit internally.
Windstream Investments LLC acknowledges that all investments carry inherent risk, and participation in the renewable energy sector — while offering long-term potential — involves a number of uncertainties. While we actively evaluate and mitigate risks wherever possible, the following are some of the key factors that could affect the performance of the company’s assets and operations:

Windstream Investments LLC is in the early stages of building its portfolio of revenue-generating wind energy assets. During its first year of operation, the company tentatively expects to acquire at least 50 wind turbines as part of a renewable energy project located near Clovis, New Mexico. These turbines are currently in the pre-construction phase. Details on each turbine will be added as assets are finalized and become operational.
